Handle With Care

As ceramic is fragile, strong impact or excessive force may cause damage.
This product is microwave safe; however, prolonged exposure to high heat may cause damage.
Each piece is handmade; slight variations in shape and colour may occur.
Printed glass and ceramic products are not dishwasher safe. Do not use steel scrubbers, bleach-based cleaners, or strong acidic detergents, as they may cause damage.
Small black dots, air bubbles, and glaze flow marks are natural characteristics of the ceramic production process. The extent may vary from piece to piece. Please consider this before purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

All product returns and refund requests must be made exclusively via email. Please send your order number, product details, and reason for return to (nounou@lesconil.kr) within 5 days of receiving the item. Our customer service team will assist you by email.
After 5 days, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is a proven quality issue with the product. Requests related to cancellations or size exchanges (not caused by product defects) may require the customer to cover round-trip shipping fees.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns caused by missed delivery or tax issues. Please check your local tax regulations before placing an order.

Nounou’s Holliday

Due to the Korean New year holiday, orders placed from 2 PM on January 24th to midnight on January 30th will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st. Both the Hannam Store and online customer service will be closed during the holiday (Jan 28th~30th).
