Handle With Care
Long-term storage in a box or humid place may cause dust to stick to the print and affect its colour. We recommend storing it without the box and using it regularly. Regular cleaning will help keep the print clean.
This product is not heat-resistant.
Microwave and oven use are not permitted. Dishwasher use and strong acidic detergents may cause direct damage to the printed surface. Sudden temperature changes may result in breakage.
Due to the nature of glass, there may be lumps and bubbles, and some products may have scratches along the seams or lines due to the casting process in the mold. These occurrences are common during production and do not affect the product's functionality. Therefore, you can use the product with confidence. Please note that exchanges or refunds for these issues are not possible.
The water stains on the surface can occur during the final drying process and can be easily removed with a gentle rub.

Glassware may incur additional shipping charges. Depending on the volume of other items in your order, it may also be shipped separately.
It will be dispatched 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)
Customs duties are not included in this price.
Returns and Exchanges
Return and refund requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
After this period, returns are only accepted in the case of product defects.

For cancellations or exchanges not related to product defects (such as size exchanges or change of mind), the customer may be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost.
Once an item has been shipped, we cannot accept returns due to missed delivery or customs/tax issues.
