Handle With Care
The rug may arrive folded, which can cause temporary creases. These will naturally disappear over time and are not considered a defect, so exchanges or refunds are not available for this reason.
If washing is necessary, always use a laundry net and select a delicate cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Avoid machine drying and let it air dry naturally.
Keep the rug away from heat sources or high temperatures, and avoid placing heavy objects on it for extended periods, as this may leave pressure marks.
It will be dispatched 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)
Customs duties are not included in this price.
Item(s) will be packed with Fedex box, not the signature NouNou box.
Returns and Exchanges
All product returns and refund requests must be made exclusively via email. Please send your order number, product details, and reason for return to (nounou@lesconil.kr) within 5 days of receiving the item.
Our customer service team will assist you by email.
After 5 days, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is a proven quality issue with the product. Requests related to cancellations or size exchanges (not caused by product defects) may require the customer to cover round-trip shipping fees.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns caused by missed delivery or tax issues. Please check your local tax regulations before placing an order.
