Returns and Exchanges
"All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (E-mail: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products beyond this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product."
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
