We recommend avoiding washing when possible. If needed, gently spot clean by hand and let it air dry naturally. Prolonged soaking may cause colour transfer, and machine washing can lead to shrinkage or distortion in shape.

Returns and Exchanges
All product returns and refund requests must be made exclusively via email. Please send your order number, product details, and reason for return to (nounou@lesconil.kr) within 5 days of receiving the item. Our customer service team will assist you by email.
After 5 days, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is a proven quality issue with the product. Requests related to cancellations or size exchanges (not caused by product defects) may require the customer to cover round-trip shipping fees.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns caused by missed delivery or tax issues. Please check your local tax regulations before placing an order.
