This is the first plate collection of Nounou with the new faces.

The medium-sized soft coral plate is the most versatile. With Nounou’s plates, add a little wit to your table.

Due to the risk of damage during shipping, orders are limited to a maximum of 2 pcs.
They will be individually packaged in new boxes.

Using a dishwasher and strong acidic detergents may cause direct damage to the face print. Please refer to the 'Handle with care' for more information.

Handle With Care

It is microwave-safe as a heat-resistant product, but prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause damage.
As a handcrafted product, there may be slight variations in shape and subtle differences in color from one item to another.
Glass and ceramic products with printing are not dishwasher-safe. Using steel wool, bleach, or highly acidic detergents may damage the product. Please handle with care.
Small black spots, air bubbles, and glaze flow marks are natural occurrences during the ceramic production process. The degree of these variations may differ from product to product, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Flat shipping fee: $29.00, except for TW, TH, SG, HK, MY; $23.00.
It will be dispatched 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)
Item(s) will be packed with Fedex box, not the signature NouNou box.

Returns and Exchanges

All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (email: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)

Nounou’s Holliday

Due to the Korean New year holiday, orders placed from 2 PM on January 24th to midnight on January 30th will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st. Both the Hannam Store and online customer service will be closed during the holiday (Jan 28th~30th).
