Handle With Care
It is microwave-safe as a heat-resistant product, but prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause damage.
As a handcrafted product, there may be slight variations in shape and subtle differences in color from one item to another.
Glass and ceramic products with printing are not dishwasher-safe. Using steel wool, bleach, or highly acidic detergents may damage the product. Please handle with care.
Small black spots, air bubbles, and glaze flow marks are natural occurrences during the ceramic production process. The degree of these variations may differ from product to product, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.
It will be dispatched 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)

Returns and Exchanges
All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (email: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)
