Returns and Exchanges

All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email (nounou@lesconil.kr).
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email. For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)

Nounou’s Holliday
