Additionally, using a dishwasher and strong acidic kitchen detergents may cause direct damage to the print, so please handle with extra care. Rapid cooling or heating may also lead to glass breakage. (Not heat-resistant products)
Due to the nature of glass, there may be lumps and bubbles, and some products may have scratches along the seams or lines due to the casting process in the mold. These occurrences are common during production and do not affect the product's functionality. Therefore, you can use the product with confidence. Please note that exchanges or refunds for these issues are not possible.
The water stains on the surface can occur during the final drying process and can be easily removed with a gentle rub.
It will be dispatched 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)

Returns and Exchanges
"All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (email: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product."
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)
