Please avoid machine washing as much as possible. If necessary, lightly hand wash only the stained areas and please air dry naturally. Using a washing machine may cause distortion of the shape or shrinkage in size.
Shipping Info: Items will be dispatched within 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
The items will be packed in a FedEx box, not the signature NouNou box.

Once an item has been shipped, we do not accept returns due to missed deliveries or tax issues. Please ensure you check your local tax regulations before placing an order.

Nounou’s Holliday
Due to the Korean New year holiday, orders placed from 2 PM on January 24th to midnight on January 30th will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st.
