As this is not made from heat-resistant glass, please avoid pouring boiling water directly into it or exposing it to sudden temperature changes.
This product comes with a Santa-exclusive shopping bag. (Available only while limited supplies last.)

Handle With Care

Long-term storage in a box or humid place may cause dust to stick to the print and affect its colour. We recommend storing it without the box and using it regularly. Regular cleaning will help keep the print clean.
The use of heating appliances such as microwave and oven is not allowed. Additionally, using a dishwasher and strong acidic kitchen detergents may cause direct damage to the print, so please handle with extra care. Rapid cooling or heating may also lead to glass breakage. (Not heat-resistant products)
Due to the nature of glass, there may be lumps and bubbles, and some products may have scratches along the seams or lines due to the casting process in the mold. These occurrences are common during production and do not affect the product's functionality. Therefore, you can use the product with confidence. Please note that exchanges or refunds for these issues are not possible.
The water stains on the surface can occur during the final drying process and can be easily removed with a gentle rub.

Glassware may incur additional shipping charges. Depending on the volume of other items in your order, it may also be shipped separately.
It will be dispatched 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)
Customs duties are not included in this price.
Item(s) will be packed with Fedex box, not the signature NouNou box.

Returns and Exchanges

All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (email: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)

Nounou’s Holliday

Due to the Korean New year holiday, orders placed from 2 PM on January 24th to midnight on January 30th will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st. Both the Hannam Store and online customer service will be closed during the holiday (Jan 28th~30th).
