Exchange and Return
All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.

For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.

Nounou’s Holliday
Due to the Korean New year holiday, orders placed from 2 PM on January 24th to midnight on January 30th will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st.
