This is the Tartlet line, a collaboration between NouNou and EQL.
The front and back sides each feature different facial expressions, and the combination of blue and black glaze, fired together, showcases the intricacy of its craftsmanship. Not only does it serve as a vase, but it also holds great value as an art object.

Handle With Care
As it is handmade, there might be slight variations in shape and glaze marks on the surface. This is a normal product that does not have any problems in using the product. Therefore exchange / refund is NOT accepted by these issues.
Printing may be erased by using of dishwasher or lemon acid detergent.
Due to the nature of glass, It mignt be appeared wrinkles, agglomeration, or bubbles of glass on the surface. This is a normal product that does not have any problems in using the product . Therefore exchange/ refund is not accepted by these issue.
It will be dispatched within 7-10 days from the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays)
Item(s) will be packed with Fedex Box, not the signature NouNou box.
Question and Return
All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (email: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
n the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)

Nounou’s Holliday
Due to the Korean New year holiday, orders placed from 2 PM on January 24th to midnight on January 30th will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st.
Both the Hannam Store and online customer service will be closed during the holiday (Jan 28th~30th).
