Small black dots, air bubbles, and glaze flow marks are natural characteristics of the ceramic production process. The extent may vary from piece to piece. Please consider this before purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
All product returns and refund requests must be made exclusively via email. Please send your order number, product details, and reason for return to (nounou@lesconil.kr) within 5 days of receiving the item. Our customer service team will assist you by email.
After 5 days, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is a proven quality issue with the product. Requests related to cancellations or size exchanges (not caused by product defects) may require the customer to cover round-trip shipping fees.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns caused by missed delivery or tax issues. Please check your local tax regulations before placing an order.
