Using a dishwasher and strong acidic detergents may cause direct damage to the face print. Please refer to the 'Handle with care' for more information.
Handle With Care
Long-term storage in a box or humid place may cause dust to stick to the print and affect its colour. We recommend storing it without the box and using it regularly. Regular cleaning will help keep the print clean.
The use of heating appliances such as microwaves and ovens is not allowed. Additionally, using a dishwasher or strong acidic kitchen detergents may damage the print, so please handle with extra care. Sudden temperature changes, such as rapid heating or cooling, may also cause the glass to break. (This is not a heat-resistant product.)
Because of the nature of glass, small lumps, bubbles, or minor scratches along the seams may appear due to the molding process. These are common during production and do not affect the product’s quality or use. Please understand that exchanges or refunds cannot be made for these reasons.
Water stains on the surface may occur during the final drying process but can be easily removed with a gentle wipe.

Returns and Exchanges
All product returns and refund requests are exclusively processed through email.
Please send an email within 5 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for return, to us. We will assist you via email (email: nounou@lesconil.kr). For products after this period, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are direct quality-related reasons for the product.
In the case of cancellations or size exchanges not related to product defects, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Once an item(s) is shipped, we do not accept returns caused by a missed delivery or tax issues. (Please check your local tax regulations.)
